Nice & Green enters a 4-year investment partnership with EEMS Italia SpA which will consolidate its presence in the Energy Transition market by 2026
Nice & Green, the Swiss investment firm, announced today the signing of a 4-year investment agreement of up to EUR 20’450’000 with EEMS Italia SpA (BIT:EEMS), an Italian company operating in the energy sector. EEMS Italia SpA, part of Gruppo Industrie Riunite, intends to implement its new 2022-2026 industrial plan and to operate as a wholesaler for free market activities in the field of electricity, gas, and any other energy carrier.
The investment agreement between Nice & Green and EEMS will be materialized through the issuance of Convertible Bonds of a total value of up to EUR 20’450’000 for a period of 48 months.
